How can I contact Worthy Cause Apparel if I have a question about my order?

If you have any questions about your order that can not be answered here then contact us at help@worthycauseapparel.com and we’ll make sure to get back to you within 24 hours.

When will my order ship?

The process used to print the shirts is very quick and most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

What delivery method do you use to ship?

The company we work with to print the designs ships using USPS First Class with deliver confirmation for Standard Shipping.

How long does USPS Standard Shipping take to reach my house?

All shirts are shipped out of Columbus, Ohio and most U.S. orders are delivered within 5-7 days.  However, this will vary depending on your proximaty to Columbus, Ohio and when you ordered the shirt (i.e. next to a business day, holiday, etc.).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!  For international orders please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.  Delivery time will vary greatly depending on your location and any issues with customs, etc.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number is available for orders within the U.S.  Unfortunately, there is no tracking code available for international orders.  As soon as your order ships a tracking number will be sent to the email account provided to us.  If you have not received a tracking number then either the order has not yet been shipped or the email sent to you was accidently put in your spam folder.  If you have checked your spam folder and still do not see an email with the tracking number then please feel free to contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Please note that all payments are in U.S. dollars.

Is your website secure?

Yes!  All payment processing is handled by PayPal.  Since we use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us.  PayPal uses industry standard SSL encryption in order to provide the highest level of security.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, your personal information (phone number, address, email address, etc.) is kept private and will never be sold or distributed to anyone.  We will only personally use it if there is an issue with your order.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax to customers within Illinois.  Sorry Illinois!

Can I return or exchange an item that I bought?

Kinda yes, kinda no.  All shirts and items are custom made everytime you make an order which means that they can not be resold.  However, if, for whatever reason, a mistake was made on our end then the item will either be replaced or your money refunded to you.  If you made a mistake with your order then contact us immediately and we will contact our t-shirt printer and see what can be done on your behalf.  Before you order, please find out as much about our sizing as possible.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with an answer within 24 hours.  If you must return an item, please contact us within 30 days and let us know what the problem is.  Also, please provide an order number so that we can more quickly offer support.  Please note:  shipping charges will only be refunded if your return is a result of a mistake made by us.

What shirts do you use and where are they made?

We use 100% organic cotton American Apparel t-shirts.  American Apparel is well known for being a very ethical company that produces extremely comfortable clothing right here in the United States.  American Apparel t-shirts is also a tighter fit than other shirts.  If you are between sizes then please order one size up as it will shrink in the wash.

Are you a non-profit organization?

Although we have partnered with several non-profit organizations in order to both promote and help finance their causes, we are a for profit company.  Any donations you make to Worthy Cause Apparel to support our vision will not be tax deductible.

I’m interested in writing an article or blog post about Worthy Cause Apparel.  How should I best contact you?

That would be great!  We can use all the support we can get and we really dig your enthusiasm.  That being said, you should contact us here.  Just let us know what information you need and we’ll be more than happy to provide it to you.

Can I submit my photo for use on the site?

Sure!  There’s no guarantee that we will be able to use it on the site, but one feature that we are hoping to offer soon is the ability to put fan pictures of customers wearing our shirts on the website.  If you think your picture is class, send it here.
